KNUE LASER – Professional Training Program
Key Points:
Treatment is based on real-time skin response, not previous sessions.
A visible reaction is not required for effective treatment.
PFE and redness can be indicators, but are not required.
Spot size and technique are used to reach the follicle at different depths.
Terminal and vellus hair respond differently and require different approaches.
Cooling is optional and used based on skin response, treatment area, and overall treatment
conditions.
Shedding takes time and must be explained to the client.
Heat exposure before treatment affects skin response and must be managed.
If the response is outside normal expectations or visually inconsistent with a normal treatment response, stop and reassess.
