Lesson 6: Footwear

Shoes should be closed-toe and designed for long periods of standing. A supportive sneaker, a
professional clog, or any quality work shoe built for long hours is appropriate. What matters is that the
shoe has a thick, cushioned sole, strong arch support, and a stable non-slip base.

What you wear on your feet directly affects your comfort, endurance, and long-term physical
health in this profession.
